To secure all appointments, a $20 non-refundable retention fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in the forfeiture of the $20 retention fee. This policy ensures availability for serious bookings and protects scheduled time.

No appointments are confirmed without the retention fee.
