KayKay Nailed It Salon Policies

To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following salon policies:

1. Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. We want to give each client the time and attention they deserve.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.

3. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain appointments or for new clients. This will go toward your service total and help hold your spot.

4. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can do our best to make it right.

5. Nail Repairs

We offer complimentary nail repairs within 3 days of your service for gel or acrylic enhancements. After 3 days, a small fee may apply.

6. Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present in the service area. Children must be supervised at all times.

7. Hygiene & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow strict sanitation protocols for all tools, workstations, and products. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell.

8. Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. Gratuity is greatly appreciated and can be given in cash or digitally.
